(6) Right to restrict pro\u00adcessing
You have the right to request us to restrict the pro\u00adcessing of your per\u00adsonal data if one of the fol\u00adlowing con\u00addi\u00adtions is met:
the accuracy of the per\u00adsonal data is con\u00adtested by the data subject for a period enabling the con\u00adtroller to verify the accuracy of the per\u00adsonal data,

The con\u00adtroller shall no longer process the per\u00adsonal data unless it can demon\u00adstrate com\u00adpelling legit\u00adimate grounds for the pro\u00adcessing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the estab\u00adlishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If per\u00adsonal data are pro\u00adcessed for the purpose of direct mar\u00adketing, you have the right to object at any time to the pro\u00adcessing of per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you for the purpose of such mar\u00adketing; this also applies to pro\u00adfiling insofar as it is related to such direct mar\u00adketing. If you object to the pro\u00adcessing for direct mar\u00adketing pur\u00adposes, the per\u00adsonal data will no longer be pro\u00adcessed for these pur\u00adposes.
In the context of the use of inform\u00adation society ser\u00advices, not\u00adwith\u00adstanding Dir\u00adective 2002\/58\/EC, you may exercise your right to object by means of auto\u00admated pro\u00adcedures using tech\u00adnical spe\u00adcific\u00ada\u00adtions.
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your par\u00adticular situ\u00adation, to the pro\u00adcessing of per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you which is carried out for sci\u00adentific or his\u00adtorical research pur\u00adposes or for stat\u00adistical pur\u00adposes pur\u00adsuant to Article 89(1), unless the pro\u00adcessing is necessary for the per\u00adformance of a task carried out in the public interest.
You can exercise the right to object at any time by con\u00adtacting the respective person responsible.
(9) Auto\u00admated decisions in indi\u00advidual cases including pro\u00adfiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on auto\u00admated pro\u00adcessing, including pro\u00adfiling, which pro\u00adduces legal effects con\u00adcerning you or sim\u00adilarly sig\u00adni\u00adfic\u00adantly affects you. This does not apply if the decision:
is necessary for the con\u00adclusion or per\u00adformance of a con\u00adtract between the data subject and the data con\u00adtroller,
is authorised by Union or Member State legis\u00adlation to which the con\u00adtroller is subject and that legis\u00adlation con\u00adtains appro\u00adpriate measures to safe\u00adguard the rights and freedoms and legit\u00adimate interests of the data subject; or
takes place with the express consent of the data subject.
The con\u00adtroller shall take reas\u00adonable steps to safe\u00adguard the rights and freedoms as well as the legit\u00adimate interests of the data subject, which include at least the right to obtain the inter\u00advention of a person on the part of the con\u00adtroller, to express his or her point of view and to contest the decision.
The data subject may exercise this right at any time by con\u00adtacting the respective data con\u00adtroller.
(10) Right to com\u00adplain to a super\u00advisory authority
They shall also have the right, without pre\u00adjudice to any other admin\u00adis\u00adtrative or judicial remedy, to lodge a com\u00adplaint with a super\u00advisory authority, in par\u00adticular in the Member State of their res\u00adidence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if the data subject con\u00adsiders that the pro\u00adcessing of per\u00adsonal data relating to them infringes this Reg\u00adu\u00adlation.
(11) Right to an effective judicial remedy
Without pre\u00adjudice to any available admin\u00adis\u00adtrative or non-judicial remedy, including the right to lodge a com\u00adplaint with a super\u00advisory authority pur\u00adsuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you shall have the right to an effective judicial remedy if you con\u00adsider that your rights under this Reg\u00adu\u00adlation have been infringed as a result of the pro\u00adcessing of your per\u00adsonal data not in com\u00adpliance with this Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\nChange Set\u00adtings<\/a>\n\n\n\n
