Since GK Indus\u00adtries GmbH started its business activ\u00adities, the wild bird feed industry has been one of the most important sectors for us. With the imple\u00adment\u00adation of ultra\u00adsonic tech\u00adnology in net pack\u00adaging machines in 1994, Gekupack\u00ae suc\u00adceeded in pen\u00adet\u00adrating more and more into the bird feed sector. Over the years, the existing solu\u00adtions were con\u00adtinu\u00adously optimised and the service port\u00adfolio sig\u00adni\u00adfic\u00adantly expanded, which ulti\u00admately led to us becoming the market leader in this segment with our Gekupack\u00ae brand. Our product range now includes a variety of solu\u00adtions for bird food man\u00adu\u00adfac\u00adturers: from dosing and mixing raw materials and doughs, to pressing suet balls \/ fat balls in dif\u00adferent sizes and cre\u00adating dry food and grain mix\u00adtures, to pack\u00adaging machines for species-pure net pack\u00adaging, various bag, bucket or card\u00adboard pack\u00adaging. We have always strived to advance the auto\u00admation pos\u00adsib\u00adil\u00adities for the pro\u00adduction and pack\u00adaging of bird feed and to implement new tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgical devel\u00adop\u00adments in our machines and systems, so that we can guar\u00adantee our cus\u00adtomers effi\u00adcient and com\u00adpet\u00aditive pro\u00adduction according to the latest standards.<\/p>

While Gekupack\u00ae ini\u00adtially developed mainly indi\u00advidual machines and compact systems, we are now in a pos\u00adition to present our cus\u00adtomers with integ\u00adrated solu\u00adtions for their pro\u00adduc\u00adtions and thus meet the many requests for pro\u00adduction lines to be designed and imple\u00admented from a single source. We now plan, man\u00adu\u00adfacture and install complex, highly auto\u00admated systems \u2014 e.g. for the pro\u00adduction and pack\u00adaging of fat balls or feeding sticks. <\/p>

In order to increase the degree of auto\u00admation of pack\u00adaging plants in the field of wild bird feed pro\u00adduction, we have developed the GKV 4012, a fully auto\u00admatic depos\u00aditing machine for por\u00adtioning and placing 4, 6 or 8 fat balls as standard.
