type using product-spe\u00adcific <strong>Vibra\u00adtionary counting bowl<\/strong> (also known as vibratory spiral feeder or vibratory bowl feeder) with product-spe\u00adcific counting tech\u00adnology and sensors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A <strong data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"240\">Vibra\u00adtionary counting bowl<\/strong> is a system for <strong data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"333\">sin\u00adgu\u00adlation, sorting, and feeding of bulk goods or small parts<\/strong> such as screws, nuts, dowels, etc. The parts are fed into vibrating bowls as loose bulk goods and trans\u00adported upwards by a spiral track on the inside of the bowl, where they are ori\u00adented in the correct pos\u00adition and sep\u00adarated to ensure accurate counting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Optionally, a manual work\u00adstation can be integ\u00adrated for the <strong>adding special parts or package inserts like manuals<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>A syn\u00adchronized chain tray con\u00adveyor col\u00adlects the counted products at each station equipped with a vibrating bowl in a bowl and finally transfers the picked goods to the pack\u00adaging machine, which
