Tablet and capsule counters
Our compact multi-lane counting machines enable the precise counting and filling of solid products such as tablets, capsules, coated tablets, candies, screws, or other small parts into bottles or bags. Depending on the number of lanes, they are suitable for different performance requirements—from semi-automatic applications to integration into fully automatic packaging lines. We offer 2, 6, and 12-channel counting machines with counting capacities of up to 6,000 pieces per minute.
The machines operate with high-precision sensor technology and achieve up to 100% counting accuracy. Thanks to their sophisticated design, no tool changes are required when switching products – only parameter adjustments via the touchscreen control panel. This saves time and increases flexibility during operation.
All parts that come into contact with the product are made of food-grade plastic or stainless steel 316 and meet FDA and cGMP requirements. A dustproof, transparent protective cover and easy-to-clean components ensure high hygiene and safety standards.

The automatic counting machines are ideal for the automatic counting of:

- confectionery (coated sweets, fruit gums, candies, chocolate)
- hardware (balls, fasteners, etc.)
The counting machines can process capsules of classes #00 to #5, tablets with a diameter of Ø4–22 mm and a thickness of 3–10 mm, and spherical products with a diameter of Ø4–20 mm.
The output varies depending on the desired accuracy, the counting machine used, and the product used. The maximum outputs are:
- 2‑lane counting machine: 600 pieces/min. or 15 drops/minute
- 6‑lane counting machine: 2,000 pieces/min or 30 drops/minute
- 12-lane counting machine: 6,000 pieces/min or 80 drops/minute (2×40)
