With our wide-ranging port­folio, we offer tailor-made pack­aging solu­tions for the can­nabis industry – from compact, semi-auto­matic systems to fully auto­mated high-per­formance plants. We take into account the special require­ments of these products, such as precise dosing and reliable trace­ab­ility, reduction of drop dis­tances, screening out abrasion, and the influence of fine trichome dust on the plant mechanics.

FLOWERS, TRIM, EDIBLES & SEEDS

Our machines and systems are not only suitable for weighing and pack­aging can­nabis buds in cans or bags, but also for trim or tobacco mix­tures with can­nabis, so-called edibles (e.g., gummy bears), and can­nabis seeds. 

Semi-auto­matic systems

For those new to auto­mated pack­aging tech­nology, sporadic demand, and espe­cially for use in phar­macies for medical can­nabis, we design semi-auto­matic filling systems that greatly increase the effi­ciency of can­nabis packaging.

Mehrkop­fwaage für Cannabis

Our Micro 14 Pre­cision mul­tihead weigher is one of the most accurate systems on the market. With a res­ol­ution of 10 mg and an accuracy of ±30 mg (often even more accurate in reality), it enables precise dosing at high speeds.

OUR SEMI-AUTO­MATIC CONCEPT

Our semi-auto­matic filling system con­sists of our micro-pre­cision mul­tihead weigher, which is posi­tioned on a compact, height-adjustable stainless steel platform. The weigher is filled by a coupled linear vibratory feeder, which has an approx. 15-liter con­tainer for product feeding. An optional Y‑bypass allows filling into either bags or cans, while over­weights are auto­mat­ically ejected. Thanks to the simple foot switch, product dis­charge is ready at any time – time-con­suming manual weighing is com­pletely eliminated.

Ideal for pharmacies

Our semi-auto­matic filling system is ideal for medical can­nabis filling by phar­macies: With a minimum space requirement of only around 2 m² excluding stair access and a price level that is sig­ni­fic­antly lower com­pared to our com­pet­itors – with the same or even higher pre­cision, intu­itive oper­ation, easy cleaning thanks to tool-free dis­as­sembly, a 230 V power con­nection (no high-voltage current or com­pressed air required) and low noise emissions.

PRECISE WEIGHING WITH MUL­TIHEAD WEIGHER

Die hal­bauto­mat­ische Anlage eignet sich ideal für das Abfüllen zu 0,5 — 20 g Ein­heiten — aber auch größere Gewichte wie 25, 30 oder sogar 50 g sind dank Mehr­fach­abwurf möglich, ohne dass es zu Ver­stop­fungen kommt! Der Abfüll­trichter wird speziell für Ihre Ver­packung kon­struiert —  sodass Sie ver­lustfrei in Ihre Dosen und Beutel abfüllen können. Die real­istisch erreichbare Geschwindigkeit liegt erfahrungs­gemäß bei 10–20 Packungen/Minute, bei guter Vorbereitung sind bis zu 30 Packungen/Minute möglich.

In addition to semi-auto­matic systems, we design cus­tomized pack­aging systems for large-scale production. 

PREMADE-BAG PACK­AGING MACHINES

Our pack­aging machines for pre-made bags offer maximum flex­ib­ility and can be equipped with numerous options: auto­matic format changeover, labeling or direct printing, integ­ration of QR code scanners for val­id­ation (read­ab­ility check for track-and-trace systems), check­weighers, mul­tiple filling sta­tions, zipper opener, as well as func­tions such as bag inflation for stand-up pouches, optional nitrogen flushing, and secure zip­per­closing and heat sealing.

Bags & Cans

Neben Ver­pack­ung­san­lagen für das Abfüllen in Pouches oder Doypacks bieten wir maßgeschneiderte Anlagen für das Abfüllen in Dosen an — etwa mit anschließender Induk­tionssiegelung, Deck­elver­s­chraubung oder Press­deckeln, mit Inline-Etiket­tierung und Bedruckung, Gewicht­süber­prüfung und vielem mehr.

Thanks to our broad portfolio—ranging from pack­aging machines and dosing systems to printing and labeling tech­nology and the appro­priate con­veyor technology—we can develop cus­tomized solu­tions that pre­cisely meet product and process require­ments. As a general con­tractor, we take care of the entire project coordin­ation so that our cus­tomers do not have to deal with coordin­ating mul­tiple sup­pliers.
