Holistic solutions
With our versatile portfolio, we offer customized packaging solutions for counting, weighing, and volumetric dosing dietary supplements—from compact, semi-automatic tabletop systems to highly automated, turnkey packaging lines.
CANS, BAGS, FLOWPACKS
We offer packaging solutions for filling various products such as powders (protein powder, creatine, vitamin mixtures, etc.), granules (e.g., seeds or muesli), tablets and capsules, bars, (low-carb) pasta in bags, flow packs, or cans. Depending on the application, we design systems for small output ranges (e.g., semi-automatic systems), medium output ranges with a focus on flexibility and minimal setup times (particularly important for contract filling), or large-scale systems for series production.
Combination systems for powder and capsules
Our can filling systems have a modular design, allowing the integration of different filling modules. This makes it possible to fill powder, capsules, and granules using various dosing systems, such as auger fillers, counting machines, and multihead weighers, enabling a wide range of products to be filled on the same system.
PREMADE BAG PACKAGING WITH MULTIPLE FILLING STATIONS
We have adopted precisely this approach for our packaging machines for pre-made bags. In addition to rotary packaging machines for high performance in standard applications, we also offer linear packaging machines for pre-made bags, which are modular in design and can be freely configured depending on the application, allowing multiple filling stations to be integrated, enabling product changes from powder to capsules or granules without retooling.

Special features of our pre-made bag packaging machines
Our linear packaging machines for pre-made bags, such as Doypacks, flat bags (pouches), block bottom bags, and the like, are becoming increasingly popular—especially among private label producers in contract filling, who often work with small batches and frequently changing products. Being able to fill powders, capsules, and similar products on a single machine reduces space requirements to a minimum, ensures optimal utilization of the machine and thus a short return on investment, and simplifies operation. Our linear machines score highly in terms of quality, reliability, and, in particular, the unique flexibility of a special-purpose machine – and all this at an unbeatable price!
THE MOST FLEXIBLE MACHINES ON THE MARKET
The packaging machines are always designed for the specific application – this means that when you purchase the machine, you only pay for the functions you really need! There are various options to choose from. Here is a selection of our most popular options:
- Multiple filling stations for e.g. powder, bulk goods, liquids, dry bags, measuring spoons
- Fully automatic format change for new bag widths using servo drives
- Suitable for different bag types and materials
- Integration of labelers and coders
- Extra station for opening and closing zippers
- Extra station for inflating stand-up pouches can be integrated
- Extra station for punching Euro/hanging holes
- Extra station with checkweigher and rejection of incorrect weights
- Coupling of inline checkweigher with auger filler for automatic readjustment of dosing accuracy
Can filling: powder and capsules
In addition to packaging systems for filling pouches or doy packs, we offer customized systems for filling cans—for example, with subsequent screw capping or press-on lids, induction sealing, inline labeling and printing, weight checking, and much more. The systems are modular in design and can therefore be flexibly expanded or converted.
MODULAR CAN FILLING LINES
- Multiple filling stations for e.g. powder, bulk goods, liquids, dry bags, measuring spoons
- Filling stations with rotary star, pneumatic stoppers, or linear servo indexers
- Suitable for various types of cans with press-on or screw-on lids, end caps, and tear-off lids (canned goods)
- Automatic or manual lid feeding
- Automatic lid pressing station or lid pressing station
- Induction sealing
- Shrink cap
- Checkweighers, X‑ray or metal detectors with rejection
- Optical inspection systems (e.g., for lid inspection) with rejection
- Integration of labelers and coders

Semi-automatic systems
For those new to automated packaging technology, sporadic demand, and the production of special products alongside series production, semi-automatic filling systems significantly increase packaging efficiency, even for small series. We place particular emphasis on short setup times and easy cleaning in order to keep the effort required for preparatory and follow-up activities for small series to a minimum
TABLETOP MACHINES
As a rule, the greatest economies of scale are achieved by automating the dosing process, which also reduces material loss due to inaccurate dosing, as manual weighing or dosing and correction with measuring cups is not only prone to errors due to the monotonous nature of the work, but also particularly time-consuming. While we implement semi-automatic systems for bulk materials based on linear scales or multihead scales and powder filling with compact systems consisting of auger fillers and screw conveyors for automatic product feeding, we offer compact counting machines for the automatic counting of tablets and capsules, which can also be designed as tabletop systems depending on the size of the respective machine.
Product examples
With our broad portfolio, we are able to design optimal systems for almost every conceivable product, taking customer requirements into account—whether powder, capsules, tablets, bars, or granules, with the addition of measuring spoons or desiccant bags, as well as the type and method of labeling (label or print).
TYPICAL PRODUCTS
- Powders (e.g., whey protein, casein, whey isolate, collagen, matcha tea, creatine)
- Hard capsules (e.g., hard gelatin capsules & HPMC capsules from #00 to #5)
- Soft capsules (softgels such as omega‑3 or vitamin D3 & K2 complex)
- Granules (e.g., seeds, grains, muesli, sugar-free wine gums, protein snacks)
- Bars (e. g. protein bars)

Automatic packaging systems
We offer more than just machines and support you from the initial idea through concept development to installation and commissioning. We also provide after sales service (support for troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs) and a reliable supply of spare parts throughout the entire product life cycle. We often act as a general contractor and deliver complete turnkey systems, so you don’t have to worry about a thing and only need one central contact person for all your plant engineering needs.
