The GKV 2207 is one of the very first machines in the Gekupack® port­folio and has proven itself thou­sands of times by now. The semi-auto­matic double clipper GKV2207 is a hand-held device for pack­aging various products in nets or film tubes with wire clip. The compact device is equipped with Gekupack’s ori­ginal clip head unit TK 6, which is exclus­ively man­u­fac­tured by Gekupack® and used by numerous well-known man­u­fac­turers of net clippers (fully automatic).

 

In the process, the GKV 2207 with the TK6 pro­duces a high-quality, visually appealing and reliable closure made of clipping tape. The product enters the one-side clipped pack­aging material through the optional net tube with feed hopper. Once the product has been filled, the operator triggers the simple clip sep­ar­ation process. Two metal clips are tightly wrapped around the shirred pack­aging material. The packs are neatly sep­arated between the two clips by a knife.

 

Optionally, the GKV2207 can be equipped with an auto­matic label feeder (optionally with a thermal transfer printer as well) to mark packages.

The semi-auto­matic double clipper GKV 2207 is used for packing fruits and veget­ables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, citrus fruits, apples, tomatoes and peppers, but also rolls, cheese, con­fec­tionery, chunky goods and plastic parts in nets or film tubes.
